Dashboard¶
The Admin Dashboard is the landing page after login. It provides a high-level overview of platform health, active events, user activity, and quick navigation to common admin tasks.
Overview¶
The dashboard displays real-time widgets summarizing the current state of the MAGK platform. Use it to monitor system health at a glance and jump directly to areas that need attention.
Widgets¶
System Health¶
Displays the status of all platform services (web, database, message queue, TAK service, media streaming). Each service shows a green/amber/red indicator based on its health check status.
| Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | Service is healthy and responding |
| Amber | Service is degraded or slow to respond |
| Red | Service is down or unreachable |
Active Events¶
Shows the count of events currently in active status, with a summary list of event names and participant counts. Click any event to navigate directly to its detail page.
User Counts¶
Displays total registered users broken down by role:
- Admins — Platform administrators
- Organizers — Event creators and managers
- Players — Event participants
Recent Activity¶
A chronological feed of recent platform actions, including:
- User logins and registrations
- Event status changes (draft → active → completed)
- Node provisioning events
- Certificate generation requests
Node Status¶
Summary of connected MAGK Node devices showing online/offline counts and any devices reporting errors.
Navigation¶
The dashboard sidebar provides quick access to all admin sections. The top navigation bar includes:
- Search — Global search across events, users, groups, and nodes
- Notifications — Platform alerts and system warnings
- User Menu — Profile settings, theme toggle, and logout
